Thursday, July 28th, 2005 | | No Comments
It was pretty neat this afternoon when i came downstairs to see to owls perching on our fence in the back yard. They are amazing creatures. They act just like cats only they can fly. I got some sweet picture of them and will be posting them tomorrow after I get some sleep.
Heading up to Ashley’s tomorrow and then to the magnificent rockies game on friday. Should be a blast.
Please Dont Rain….

Heading out to a concert at Red Rocks tonight and I am just hoping that it wont rain. The whole family is going to the concert, minus the ma and pa. So it should be fun to rock out to Paul Oakenfolds electronic beats.
Not much else has been happening. Starting to gather stuff up for the move to the apartment in a month. Cant wait to head up there. Besides that nothing but hanging out and swimming.

Well, now im a bit red. Went to the pool yesterday then preceded to lay in the sun. I was under full sun exposure for about 10 mins, and my pasty white skin couldnt take it. I was bright red and hurting. Luckily someone invented sunscreen and I could venture out to the pool again today with Ashley. Yay.

Got to catch up with Matt Eggert tonight. This kid has got a plan for his life and he is following through. He wants to fly plans, so he is at the air force doing his time and waiting to fly planes. ETA 3 years. He heads off to jump camp on Monday, how exciting would that be. Curse you in perfect eyesight and metal legs. No piloting for me. Guess Ill just have to make the plans. Besides that I really enjoyed catching up with him. Hopefully he gets his 5 jumps in this week and will have his wings when he comes back on friday. Goodluck to him.

The summer is kinda flying by fast. I can barely remember going to Philadelphia, and the month that Marcus was here seemed like a day. With his family all gone things have been slow at the house. Starting to get prepared for the move back to boulder, but not too prepared. Im looking forward to getting back up in Boulder, im not exactly looking forward to school, but its definitely doable.
The summer isnt over yet, a trip to the Lake of the Ozarks is planned and I cant wait to get out there. Its so calming and enjoyable out there. Plus its so lush and green.

The zoo was a nice little early morning outing. Plenty of pictures were taken, and I have posted them under the photos section. My picture arnt quite as up close and personal as the ones taken by the uber 10x zoom camera my parents just got. Oh well, hand me downs are great any ways.
Now im off the our Aunts surprise b-day party, should be a blast.

At the Drive In
Friday, July 8th, 2005 | | No Comments
Sweetness. Ashley and I went to see War of the Worlds last night at the Cinderella Drive in. It was pretty sweet. Sitting in the car kinda gets uncomfortable after a while, but it was well worth it. I personally thought the movie was fantastic. Thats just me.
