Wild Oats, Wild Prices
Wednesday, August 31st, 2005 | | No Comments
Ashely and I ventured out to Wild Oats supermarket in Boulder because it is the closest place. The place is an all natural food market. So, finding what you need is hard, because it might not be healthy and so they might not have it. Also, if you do find what you need, its like 2x the price of anywhere else. So, to our dismay we dropped ship and headed to Safeway, where everything was there and cheap. Yay, for the Safeway Card.
Oye its hot

It was amazingly hot today on the walk back form classes. Classes are going good, living and feeding myself is going good. Ashley and I indulged ourselves in some fancy Moroccan place for our 1 year. It was pretty good and different. I enjoyed it.
Tonight we are having some cheep steak, hopefully it tastes good. Cost a whole $5 dollars from Safeway. Tomorrow is a relaxation day and physics hw day. Should be fun, maybe a bit of WoW in between.

Well, I was 2 hours ago when I thought about updating. Had some delicious chicken quesidillas, after going to the store. Found a pretty good parking spot on the way back from Safeway. So, I am safe to park there for another 3 days. Darn Boulder and there 3 day parking rule.
Classes are going good, I am enjoying all of them so far, it is day 2 though, but hopefully things wont change. The walk down to classes is amazing, like 4 minutes on my long board, the walk back though is a pain. Its uphill and hot, oh well. Off to enjoy some relaxation.

Alright, were all moved in up here. Got settled in and put up all the posters today. Also got hooked up with a sweet desk. Made some Sloppy Joes for dinner and now I’m off to watch a movie. Ugh, school starts tomorrow. Should be fun.
Pretty Big Day Tomorrow

I dont know why I just said that. I think I have a lot of packing to do, even though I packed most of my stuff today for the big move. Its all the little stuff that worries me. Oh well. Counting the days down to the new apt, and sadly counting the days down to Diff-Eq.

Been really busy the last couples days leading upto school. Got Samantha moved up to the Fort, her apartment is really nice. Got to hang out with some of her crazy Ft. Collins friends.
But before all that I had the pleasure of going to Water World. It had been awhile since I had been, and it was a lot of fun. However, I did get made fun of by like 3, 12-year-olds. They were teasing me cause I wouldnt go off the really steep slide. Needles to say peer pressure got the best of me. It was a good ride after all.
Bruised and Battred
Tuesday, August 9th, 2005 | | No Comments
Day 2 of the Lake of the Ozarks has left a couple of us bruised and battered. This morning was the main tubing event and with the skillful driving of Chris, Sam and I were hurled off the tube. It was fantastic. My back is hurt and Sam has a wicked sweet bruise. Tomorrow can only be better with more tubing and jet skiing.
At the Lake

Arrived last night at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, after a fairly quick drive of 14 hours.
Today has been packed with swimming and trying not to blow off my hands with all the fireworks we have. There was a little communication error, so we ended up getting twice as many fireworks as we needed. Its gonna take hard work and dedication to get all the fireworks off the ground.
Beware of dead Minos in the sea, they can get caught in your hair. GROSS
