Sun Bathed Leaves

The sun usually bathes my apartment in a really spectacular golden color, and I just so noticed it does it outside on the trees. Unfortunately, I caught it a bit late yesterday, and could only get one real good photo taken. Here are a couple different versions. The full sized images give the photos justice.

Tried upgrading gallery 2 this evening via cpanel. Something sploded, and it didnt complete. Trying to restore it from an old backup…downloading it now…its 1.5gb, might not happen tonight.

Where I’ve Been

Lets see…I have mostly been in transition.

School is over, and now I started working.

But before that I had a month off, to do whatever I wanted to do…I ended up doing nothing much at all. And frankly, it was the most boring yet wonderful time ever. I was introduced to Tim Dorsey and his manic writings. Most of the days were spent outside reading the stories of Serge tearing across Florida, it was pleasant.

Next, I did my first road trip to the Lake of the Ozarks without the parents and had a wonderful time. Took some pictures, and just enjoyed it.

Next I transitioned from having roommates, to not having roommates, into my new condo. Yeah, I have a mortgage, it rocks. I throughly enjoy the new place. I gets a bit lonely, and I so happen to have an extra room with a futon, so if your in the Boulder area, I’ll be happy to show you around, and let you crash.

To round off the break, a big purchase had to be made. I waited till the last possible day, but got myself a 2008 Specialized Allez Double. It’s fast, light and fun to ride. I hope to log hours upon hours on it. Now I just need some people to ride with.

More reading, more biking, and maybe some pottery classes are going to get thrown into the mix. The summer is looking good.
